This light and delightful herb flower honey offers a warm and soothing taste of creamy florals. Originating from bees foraging on lavender bushes in the Mediterranean region, it boasts a mild, lighter, and softer flavour profile. 

It adds delightful flavour to various recipes such as meat glazes, salad dressings, cakes, flapjacks, breads, pastas, and teas. 

We source direct from trusted beekeepers and all our honey is fully traceable from hive to jar. Our bees are never fed sugar solutions or supplements, and all our honey is lab tested every year to guarantee 100% purity.

Raw honey is minimally processed, going directly from the hive to the jar, while most commercial honey undergoes extensive filtering, pasteurisation, and blending. This results in uniformity but removes beneficial properties.
