Meet the maker

Meet Matthew, our dedicated beekeeper, tending to his thriving apiary in Staffordshire, UK. His passion for bees began at university, where he revived two long-forgotten hives on his family’s farm. With hands-on experience gained from a bee farm in Australia, Matthew has spent nearly six years perfecting his craft, nurturing healthy hives, and producing exquisite honey—all while growing his farm into the thriving operation it is today.

Being a Honey lover and also loving cinnamon, I stumbled across this Honey & thought 'ill only order 1 jar, it might not be that good' ... the jar is empty: this stuff is sooooooo lovely and has become a firm favourite. I need to order more.

At last no more supermarket “ honey” never again what a difference the real tast of honey can not be matched I had forgotten how good it is.
