Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
We are shipping orders to the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and other UK Islands.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). In practice, we aim to process your order within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. Please note that this may not be possible during particularly busy periods. All orders submitted over the weekend will be processed the next business day, which is usually Monday.
We offer three different delivery options:
Standard delivery: 3-5 working days
Priority delivery: 2-3 working days
First Class delivery: Next working day (if placed before 4pm, Monday - Friday)
You will receive an email from us confirming when we dispatch your order. If you do have any special delivery requests please you must contact us and we will be happy to help.
Delivery charges
There is a small postage charge for order. This depends on which delivery service you select for your order at the checkout:
Standard delivery: £3.50
Priority delivery: £3.99
First Class delivery: £5.99
Any problem we encountered with your shipment, you will be notified as soon as possible via email or phone.
If your order has not been delivered after 4 working days from your expected delivery date (as mentioned above), please contact us at support@honeyngreens.co.uk and we will contact Royal Mail on your behalf to investigate and sort the issue.
Missed Delivery
If you have missed a delivery, please check the status of delivery on the carrier/Royal Mail website using your tracking number or contact the carrier/Royal Mail via the missed delivery card put through your door at the time of the failed delivery. It will provide information on how to book a new delivery or arrange to collect your parcel at a local collection point. Please be aware that we are not able to contact local delivery offices or collection points on your behalf as they will not release information of your parcel to us due to Data Protection regulations.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please check your address carefully before submitting your order. If your parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will have to charge you a minimum fee of £5 for re-delivery attempt. This is to cover the handling and postage cost
International Shipping
No. Unfortunately we do not deliver either our honey outside the UK. Our delivery does cover anywhere in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and other UK Islands.
But we can still be contacted on support@honeyngreens.co.uk to find out about possibilities, regulations and costs for international shipping to your country.
Late Delivery
If your order has been delivered very late you may be entitled to a refund on these costs. Standard delivery services are not guaranteed services and will only be refunded if the time delay is unreasonable.
Parcel Arrives Damaged
Although we do our very best to pack every order with care, sometimes a package could get damaged during transit. If you received your jar damaged, please be careful and handle it with extra care.
If this happens, you are entitled to a refund or replacement at no extra cost to you. We will need Photographic proof of the damage must be sent to us before we are able to process your request. Please take a couple of photographs of the broken jar and send them via email to support@honeyngreens.co.uk
Shop with confidence
Our goal is to make you fully satisfied with your delicious raw honey
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Although, we regret that for food safety reasons we cannot accept returns of honey jars that have been opened unless there is a defect in the product or you received the jars damaged.
