INGREDIENTS :
- Berries (blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
- Oat
- Milk/yogurt
- Drizzle of cinnamon Honey
Preparation:

Combine Ingredients: In a jar or bowl, mix 1/2 cup oats with 1/2 cup of your choice of milk or yogurt. Add a handful of blueberries (or a mix of berries) and 1 teaspoon of chia seeds.

Add Flavour: Stir in a drizzle of cinnamon honey for natural sweetness and a hint of spice.

Mix Well: Combine all the ingredients thoroughly. If the mixture seems too thick, add a splash more milk.

Chill: Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4–6 hours to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and soften.

Serve: In the morning, give it a good stir, top with extra berries, and finish with another drizzle of cinnamon honey if desired.
