A great, mild-set honey, crafted by British bees gathering nectar from an organic orchard in Surrey with over 200 apple trees and 76 different apple varieties. The bees pollinate the apple trees and, in return, gather a variety of apple blossoms and surrounding wildflowers for this honey.
